Nancy Sandoval Allard is an attorney with the Walnut Creek office of McDowell, Shaw, Colman & Garcia. Ms. Allard graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Education in 2003. She received her Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School in 2007.

Prior to joining McDowell, Shaw & Colman, Ms. Allard was with the law firm of Bassi, Edlin, Huie & Blum LLP from 2004 to 2011, where she practiced insurance defense litigation. Her practice included asbestos, environmental, indemnity/contract and general civil litigation matters. Ms. Allard also has experience in the areas of personal injury and bankruptcy matters. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Allard is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
