Dan A. Everakes is an attorney in the Glendale office of McDowell, Shaw, Colman & Garcia. He graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego in 2000.

Prior to joining McDowell, Shaw & Colman, Mr. Everakes spent three years practicing insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, property damage, and professional liability. He has handled matters from the inception to conclusion, including discovery, motions, depositions, and mediations. He now focuses his practice on defense of personal injury claims, premises liability, automobile liability, and related matters.

During law school Mr. Everakes was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal.

Mr. Everakes is admitted in all California state courts as well as federal court in the Central District. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
