Michelle M. Cammarata is an attorney with the Walnut Creek office of McDowell Shaw & Garcia. She received her J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in December 2006, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona in 2001.
Mrs. Cammarata’s prior experience includes commercial litigation, in defense of financial institutions in state and federal matters involving loan servicing claims, lender liability, contract claims, false advertising, unfair competition, improper securitization, land and title disputes, and tort claims. Mrs. Cammarata also has substantial litigation experience in personal injury, premises liability, toxic torts, and criminal matters. Mrs. Cammarata has actively participated in all phases of litigation and second-chaired trials.
Mrs. Cammarata is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of California and United States District Court, Central District of California.
