Sumair Sandhu graduated from the University of California at Davis with a B.A. in Political Science. He attained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2001.
Mr. Sandhu’s practice primarily includes the defense of lawsuits in the areas of personal injury, construction defects, and commercial/premises liability. He has also assists major insurance companies with first party claims investigations. This has involved him taking Examinations Under Oath on behalf of insurance companies investigating coverage in both Auto and Homeowners claims. He has also defended clients in the areas of products liability and general commercial litigation.
Sumair is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also admitted in the United States Federal Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
Mr. Sandhu is a member of the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association (NCFIA), Western States Auto Theft Investigators Association (WSATI), Northern Chapter, International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) and Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
