Tuyet Tran is an attorney at the Ontario office of McDowell Shaw Garcia & Patton. Ms. Tran’s practice includes all phases of civil litigation.
Prior to joining McDowell Shaw Garcia & Patton, Ms. Tran was an attorney at an insurance coverage firm where she specialized in first and third party insurance coverage litigation arising from commercial and residential policies involving claims for breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraud, and unfair business practices. Ms. Tran also practiced in areas of general civil litigation, including business, real estate, and mortgage banking litigation, and real estate transactional matters.
Ms. Tran received her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Tran is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts of California.
