Anjali T. Nagpal has over 25 years of litigation experience including numerous jury trials, along with hundreds of arbitrations and mediations. Ms. Nagpal is particularly skilled at taking depositions including a variety of experts from dentists, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, psychiatrists/psychologists, economists, vocational rehabilitation consultants, biomechanical engineers, and accident reconstruction consultants.
Her past litigation practice included representing employers in wrongful termination matters, sexual harassment and discrimination cases, dentists in malpractice cases, a variety of contractors in construction defect litigation and manufacturers in product defect litigation, including representing defendants in the herbal tea litigation in the mid-1990s. Most recently, prior to joining McDowell Shaw Garcia & Patton, she represented defendants in asbestos litigation, primarily taking Plaintiff’s depositions in multi-party litigation.
Ms. Nagpal has spent the entirety of her almost 30 years as a litigator representing insureds in insurance defense litigation.
