For 30 years, Patricia "Trish" Valenzuela has been a successful practicing civil litigation and trial attorney. Her clientele includes national and international corporations, insurance companies, public entities, small businesses and individuals. During her lengthy litigation career she has represented manufacturers, franchisers, contractors, service providers, shareholders, wholesalers, supermarkets, department stores, medical and legal professionals, and public entities, to name a few. Ms. Valenzuela has successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict. In addition to her significant trial experience, Ms. Valenzuela has participated in approximately 100 binding and non-binding arbitrations and mediations. Her areas of practice include: products liability, premises liability, construction defect, police pursuits and excessive use of force, motor vehicle, professional liability, contract disputes, fraud, and shareholders derivative suits.
Ms. Valenzuela has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals several cases of which are published: Marchuk vs. Ralph's Grocery Company (1990) 226 Cal. App. 3d 1273 and Will vs. Engebretson (1989) 213 Cal. App. 3d 1033.
Ms. Valenzuela received her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. She is licensed in California, several United States District Courts and the United States Supreme Court.
