
Gabriela Marquez has more than 17 years of legal experience in insurance defense matters pertaining to personal injury, professional liability, construction defect litigation and premises liability. Ms. Marquez’s practice focuses on the successful defense of individuals and companies in a variety of different forums whether the cases are in civil litigation, mediation, or binding and non-binding arbitration.
Ms. Marquez received her law degree in 2001 from University of La Verne, College of Law. During her law school career, Ms. Marquez served as Articles Editor for the 2000-2001 school publication of the Journal of Juvenile Law and served as an Associate Editor from 1999-2000. Ms. Marquez also participated as a co-founding member of the Science Fiction Law Society.
